- The successful defense at state jury trial of a man charged with murder for fatally shooting the abusive former boyfriend of his common law wife.
- The successful defense at state jury trial of a client charged with homicide in connection with the death of his son.
- Acquittal at federal court trial of a client charged with marijuana cultivation who was arrested in the course of tending a field from which numerous marijuana plants were recovered.
